Greener Pastures Ltd Complaints and Feedback Procedure
Greener Pastures welcomes and handles complaints from both caregivers and service users fairly. We encourage whistle-blowing and handle information with the strictest confidence. If you have a problem with Greener Pastures Ltd, we would advise that you resolve it informally to start with. However, you have tried this or it's not possible, you can make a formal complaint to us. We will suggest booking a telephone meeting* due to the current pandemic although, face-to-face meetings with the Director are possible. We will discuss and do everything in our power to settle the situation so the results needed are obtained. If there is a problem in the home itself (i.e. there are safety concerns, safeguarding, staffing shortages etc.) file a complaint and can liaise with the home to put this right. In extreme matters, we will promptly escalate the matter to the appropriate organisations or bodies.
